MTI to develop Strategy for Rwanda’s FDIs, Tourism, and Exports In Collaboration with RDB

Following a competitive international pitch, MTI Consulting has been selected by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to develop its 5-year Strategic Plan.

The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) is a government agency with a vision to transform Rwanda into a dynamic global hub for business, investment, and innovation. Its mission is to fast-track economic development in Rwanda by enabling private sector growth. RDB oversees key sectors such as investments, tourism, exports, and business facilitation.

MTI Consulting previously developed strategic plans for the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) and Rwanda Cooperation, a state-owned enterprise responsible for sharing Rwanda’s home-grown initiatives and best practices that have driven the country’s remarkable socio-economic transformation.

MTI Consulting is an international strategy consultancy that has completed 680 projects across 51 countries over the past 27 years, supported by 7 regional offices and associates in over 30 countries.
