MTI Consulting has launched their Next-Gen Directors Program, with the appointment of Malithi Herath and Christine Fernando as Directors of their Sri Lanka Operations.

“This initiative is part of our leadership grooming process for both the consulting and the shared services functions, with the appointment of two well deserved, highly competent young consultants, who have been through an extensive on-the-job development in the last 7-8 years,” said Hilmy Cader, CEO of MTI Consulting.

Both Malithi and Christine began their careers through MTI’s Strategy Internship Program (focused on research and analytics) and then progressed along the path of Business Analysts and Project Leads – having initially under-studied, then worked hands-on across diverse consulting projects in Sri Lanka and the region.

MTI Consulting is an international strategy consultancy – having carried out 680 projects across 51 countries, over the last 27 years via 7 Regional Offices and Associates across 30 + countries.
